Luke serves as a Senior Consultant for Bridge Innovate. He is well versed in planning and managing virtual engagements or blended hybrid virtual and in-person design sprints and workshops. As an experienced communications specialist, he brings content to life with written narratives, web and video production, webinars, podcasts, and social channel posts. He is experienced in providing a seamless interactive engagement and summary documents for workshops from 5 to as many as 100 participants.

Recent client projects include virtual Innovation Sprints for Morehouse College Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center, Kenco Group’s Growth Strategy Design, United Way’s Hub for Social Innovation launch, and BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee Technology Innovation Sprints.  His efforts with Innovation for Good recently engaged almost 1000 students from around the globe in virtual design challenges. In addition, he’s helped Bridge host 40+ leadership webinar sessions with a total of 1000+ participants across 17 countries to ignite leadership of innovation and change across a wide range of sectors and industries. 

Luke holds a PMP certification from PMI. He is also certified in Lean Tools & Essentials and is certified by Sprintbase in Remote Design Sprint Essentials. He is experienced in administering remote design sprints with 30+ participants in Sprintbase and has experience with ExperienceInnovation Aware, ExperienceChange, and Foresight Scouts methodology. 

Prior to joining Bridge Innovate, Luke served as Production and Analytics specialist for Roundtree marketing agency and led the CHAgives campaign which raised over $685,000 for Chattanooga's nonprofit community in one day on #GivingTuesday. Luke received a bachelor’s degree in History from Covenant College.
