Dr. Jim Smith is the CEO of Leadership Systems, Inc. and author of The Master Coach Model. He specializes in helping leaders gain a deeper understanding of their individual leadership style. Jim’s extensive experience includes 20 years as an adjunct trainer for the Center for Creative Leadership headquartered in Greensboro, NC.

A Certified Executive Coach, Jim has coached executives from 38 states and 48 countries around the world. Jim founded the Wilderness Leadership Experience and also developed the Leadership Coaching Seminar, which has been offered in the USA, Kenya, and Canada.

Jim graduated from the Citadel, class of 1977, and holds a B.S. in Education. Jim completed his Master’s degree in 1982 from Dallas Theological Seminary and his Doctorate in 1999.
