Jenny is the founder and CEO of Bridge Innovate®. For more than 25 years, she has teamed with senior executives around the world to build leadership, innovate business, and mobilize change using the best of design, innovation, and management consulting methods.

Master Certified in IDEO's design thinking methodology and seasoned in Ernst & Young’s Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE), Jenny is known for architecting and leading large-scale solution design efforts to help clients solve complex challenges and achieve business transformation. Her broad experience includes leading projects in the financial services, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, education, energy, public, and non-profit sectors across the United States and Europe. As a result of working with Jenny, clients have designed new revenue streams, developed merger/integration strategies, created bold visions and strategic plans, implemented sustainable change and culture transformations, responded to disruptive shifts, and reimagined performance management.

Recent projects include leading the United Way’s Hub for Social Innovation launch, the Thriving Infrastructure Collaborative for Thrive Regional Partnership, a General Education Design and Change initiative for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and a multi-year innovation capability launch for a 5-billion-dollar manufacturing company.

Jenny is a graduate of the University of Georgia with advanced studies in leadership under the direction of Dr. John Kotter of Harvard University. She is also a master certified executive coach and holds certifications in ExperienceChange, Covey’s Leadership Foundations, along with a range of psychometric assessments such as DISC, Talent Smart 360, Change Style Indicator, and Global Competency Inventory.  

Prior to founding Bridge Innovate, Jenny served as Americas Director, Knowledge, Learning and Methods Development, and Innovation for Cap Gemini/Ernst & Young where she was responsible for new service innovation with a $30 million budget and a portfolio of more than 100 innovation development projects. She also led national executive talent development for organizations such as Prudential and Kaiser Permanente.  

Consistent with her passion for social responsibility and using innovation for good, Jenny founded Bright Spark™, a Bridge Innovate initiative to build creative confidence with students and educators through design thinking. In addition, she is an RSA Fellow, founder of the RSA US Student Design Awards, and founding supporter of the Bill Moggridge Awards. Jenny also serves her community as a member of Rotary International, the Dean’s Advisory Board for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga College of Business, internship sponsor for the Chattanooga Fellows Program, and Board member for the Chattanooga Christian School.

After years of living and working in Europe and across the United States, Jenny now calls Lookout Mountain, Georgia home. She and her husband Charlie enjoy spending their free time with their son Chase and daughter Katie.
