Jenny is founder and CEO of Bridge Innovate®. For more than 25 years, she has teamed with senior executives around the world to build leadership, strategy, innovation and change capability. Jenny is a seasoned facilitator and architect of collaborative design sessions for organizations such as Allen & Overy, Bupa, Cargill, GE Energy, HMS, McKesson, PlayCore, Premier, Prudential, Royal Mail, Serco, Shell Exploration, and Unum. As a result of working with Jenny, clients have designed new revenue streams, merger/integration strategies, bold visions, strategic plans, culture transformations, sustainable change plans, responses to disruptive shifts, and talent strategies in a matter of days versus months.

Jenny is certified in a number of psychometric assessments, holds a master certification in executive coaching, and is certified in the award-winning ExperienceInnovation™ methodology, co-created by IDEO and ExperiencePoint. A graduate of the University of Georgia, she has also completed advanced studies in leadership development under the direction John P. Kotter of Harvard University, as well as design thinking and strategic facilitation under DesignShop founder, Matt Taylor.

Jenny is guest lecturer and designer for executive education programs with business schools including Cambridge University, Northeastern University, Georgia Tech, and University of Georgia. Jenny serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board for the University of Tennessee Chattanooga College of Business. As a Fellow with the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA)—U.S., she serves on the Board of Trustees and Sustaining Committee for the RSA Student Design Awards.

She also leads Bridge’s non-profit practice and works with organizations such as BCBS Foundation, the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and PBS. Consistent with her passion for social responsibility and igniting creativity, she founded Bright Spark, a Bridge Innovate initiative to build creative confidence with students and educators, and is the co-founder of the student design competition GreenSparks.

Prior to starting Bridge, Jenny served on Ernst & Young’s global leadership team and was accountable for people development and accelerating new service innovation across the practice with a $30 million budget and a portfolio of more than 100 innovation development projects. She has also led national executive talent development for organizations such as Prudential, Kaiser Permanente, and Cap Gemini.  

After years of living and working in Europe and across the United States, Jenny now calls Lookout Mountain, Georgia home.  She and her husband Charlie enjoy spending their free time with their son Chase and daughter Katie.
