Heather Herweyer is a passionate leader and energetic coordinator with a talent for bringing people, programs, and purpose together to create meaningful change. As a Senior Project Coordinator at Bridge Innovate, Heather supports the design and delivery of innovation experiences, leadership programs, and strategic initiatives that empower organizations and communities to thrive.
Heather brings over 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, personnel administration, and community revitalization. As Director of The BLVD Project, she has led a grassroots initiative to reimagine Rossville Boulevard in Chattanooga as a vibrant, inclusive corridor—bridging local businesses, residents, and civic partners to drive shared prosperity. Prior to that, she served as Chief Programs Officer at Northside Neighborhood House, where she developed and scaled initiatives focused on education, self-sufficiency, and data-driven impact.
Known for her contagious enthusiasm, logistical savvy, and deep commitment to equity and connection, Heather plays a key role in supporting Bridge Innovate’s collaborative programs—from coordinating multi-stakeholder engagements to managing immersive innovation sprints. Whether facilitating with care or orchestrating behind the scenes, Heather ensures that every experience runs smoothly and sparks lasting transformation.
