Glenda brings 20+ years of experience working with senior leadership teams on leadership, strategy, and innovation challenges. Her vision and quest for “what can be” drives her to continuously seek improvement for organizations.

Certified in the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) as well as a Certified Governance Consultant, Glenda provides coaching, assessment, consulting, and training services to support leadership and organizational growth. She is also an experienced facilitator with Bridge Innovate’s Entrepreneurial Growth Sprint, Speed and Agility Sprint, and the Innovation Jam. In partnership with Morehouse College Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department, she serves as a co-facilitator for the Strategy module of the Accelerating Growth Program.

Glenda combines her passion for teaching, her skill for synthesizing varied ideas into succinct objectives, and her professional foundation as a Certified Public Accountant to build capacity for leaders and organizations.

By meeting clients where they are, Glenda provides education, guidance, and tools to assist clients in developing or strengthening effective and efficient operations to reach their goals.
