Dr. Gary Bradt has been helping leaders adapt, ignite, and win as a C-Suite executive coach for more than 25 years. His approach to coaching is simple and straightforward – first helping leaders define goals, and then offering practical advice and solutions towards accomplishing them. His coaching style has been forged by years of working with senior executives in a variety of industries and organizations in both the public and private sectors.
As an author, clinical psychologist, speaker, and business owner, Dr. Bradt is comfortable dealing with a wide variety of topics as a coach. He guides clients to think through a long-term business strategy, focus on hitting short-term performance results from strategies, maintain long-term client relationships, and navigate conflict with a boss or co-worker to building an effective team.
Dr. Bradt is well versed in personality assessments, including a specialized 360 interview process. Dr. Bradt earned his BA in psychology from Duquesne, University in Pittsburgh and his doctorate in clinical psychology from Hahnemann University and Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Bradt serves as president of Bradt Leadership, Inc. a leadership consulting firm he co-founded with his wife, Dr. Peggy Bradt, in 1993. He resides in North Carolina with Peggy and their two children.
