Mr. Tom White is the former Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Unum Group for over 40 years where he was responsible for setting and executing strategy for communication with the company’s shareholders, sell-side analysis, and rating agencies. He is also responsible for assisting in setting the company’s corporate philanthropy program. Tom serves on the Tennessee Board of Regents, the Lyndhurst Foundation, Chattanooga State Community College Foundation, United Way of Greater Chattanooga, Austin Hatcher Foundation, Montessori Elementary at Highland Plaza, and Treasurer - St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
