Colonel Carlene Blanding is a Human Resource Executive at Shaw Industries Group, Inc. She joined the Shaw team in June 2022. Prior to joining Shaw Industries, Col. Carlene Blanding served in the Army as a Healthcare and Human Resources Executive, culminating her service as the Commander at the Eisenhower Army Medical Center during the most critical health crisis in recent history — the Coronavirus Pandemic.
