Susan Lambert


Susan currently serves as a Capability Partner with the Bridge Innovate® team. An international consultant and liaison, Susan facilitates intercultural competency and leadership development through real-life application. She is the Founder of Away 2 Be, a company focused on meaningful experiences abroad. Susan has led numerous programs internationally and has traveled extensively in Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America. She joined Bridge Innovate after recently moving to Chattanooga and is thrilled to collaborate with her local community. 

With more than ten years of facilitation experience, nearly a decade of classroom teaching, and twenty years of intercultural immersion, Susan believes that effective, sustainable change depends on the power of relationships. She facilitates strategies for interpersonal communication and elicits deeper cognition by leading with empathy. 

Susan has facilitated multiple courses in Global Citizenship and Education for Social Innovation for educators around the world. Her efforts have included the development of Global Program Integration, Language Integration and Global Project-Based Learning, as well as International Strategic Planning. 

Susan is trained in Design Thinking, Project-Based Learning, Leadership Development, Effective Communication and Linguistics, and has facilitated sessions for corporate, private and non-profit organizations. 

While not traveling or working, Susan enjoys time on her yoga mat, time with family, and time outside on any adventure she can find.
