Deborah Maslia

As an integrator of technology, processes and people, Deborah has spent her 25+ year career leading teams in leveraging technology within an organization, utilizing Design Thinking to create innovative solutions for complicated problems facing the business. Deborah is currently a member of the Bridge core design team, serving as a Transformation & Change Leader, and a Partner at In-Focus Consulting, LLC, working in many areas of the healthcare industry, as well as other industries in for-profit and not-for-profit areas. Most recently, her consulting engagements have focused on innovation of business ideas for organizations needing significant modification in their go-to-market approaches, as well as coaching a large technology company to learn and apply design thinking. She was a collaborator in Bridge’s social innovation, Bright Spark, a creativity in design thinking initiative for kids.

Deborah’s prior work experience includes working with a leading healthcare technology firm in application design and implementation, as well as spending 18 years working for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (CGEY).  At CGEY, she held several leadership positions including Vice President (Partner in E&Y) in the Healthcare Technology Practice and national leader for the Healthcare Lawson practice.  As she does currently, she spent most of her CGEY career integrating technology, operations and people. 

Deborah Holds her bachelor of arts from University of Virginia, as well as an MBA and Masters of Health Administration from Georgia State University. Deborah now resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
