Collin Young serves as the client experience director for Bridge Innovate® with a primary focus on understanding the client's needs and proactively managing communications and coordinating logistics to ensure all projects stay on target. Beyond client services, he also supports the Bridge team with process facilitation, knowledge capture, and project management.
Collin is certified in a variety of design methodologies including IDEO’s design thinking methodology and Google Venture’s Sprint process. Linking innovative processes to session design and process, he has designed and facilitated multiple design sprints for large manufacturing companies and regional nonprofits.
Collin is a seasoned coach with a range of design thinking tools including the SprintbaseTM design thinking platform, customer journey maps, inspiration scans, and test sprints.
Collin has completed training with the Project Management Institute and is in the process of finalizing his Project Management ProfessionalTM (PMP) certification. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a dual concentration in management and marketing from Berry College.
