In addition to serving as Bridge Innovate's® Innovation & Design Leader, Adam leads Treehouse Innovation based in the U.K. and brings deep experience as an innovative event designer and facilitator. He has a strong background in the design and delivery of executive learning programs and collaborative design workshops; specializing in the areas of collaboration, innovation, design thinking, creativity, and cross-boundary collaboration.

Since 2004, Adam has worked with a wide range of public and private sector clients in the U.S., U.K. and Asia designing and leading learning programs for clients across industries. Before joining Bridge, Adam was a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young LLP and later Cap Gemini where he provided management consulting services to Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. and abroad.

Adam has designed and facilitated professional development programs for some of the world's leading organizations in industries including energy, healthcare, and professional/financial services. He has worked extensively in the legal services sector designing and delivering partner and associate development programs for one of the U.K.'s largest global firms as well as working closely with the Law Society of England & Wales. In addition, he has designed and delivered learning programs with leading business schools including Cambridge University, Imperial College London, Georgia Tech, and others.

Recent key clients include Shell Energy, SAP, Allen & Overy, China Merchants Bank, News International, DLA Piper, Chongqing Bank, the UK Department of Health, Airbus, Novo Nordisk, Basis Technologies, the International Organizations Network (ION), Premier, Inc., and Bupa Latin America.

He has co-authored whitepapers on leading practices in law firm management published by the International Bar Association and has facilitated virtual workshops for members of the American Bar Association.

Adam holds both an MBA and a Masters in Public & International Affairs with a special interest in India and China. He has lived and worked in the US, UK, Asia, and throughout Europe.
